Carbon brush material, also called electric brush material, can be used for generators or electric motors; electrical machinery and carbon brushes. Carbon brush material is a kind of graphite material we produce.

There are mainly 5 types of carbon brush manufacturer, Main types:

1). Metal graphite material.

Application: slip rings of ac asynchronous motors and low voltage d.c. generators; slip rings of synchronous generators; wind-powered generators; automobile starters and the thrilling synchronous machine slip rings

2). Silver graphite material

Application: Generators for warm air motors, motorbikes, and automobile windows; slip contacts for transmitting signals and conducting current; contacts for signal devices; and a.c. small electrical machines.

3). Pure graphite

Application: Steel slip rings for steam turbo-generators operating at high speeds; ideally suited for slip rings on big turbo-generators

4). Resin graphite material

Application: Electric tools and home appliances; high-speed series motors; d.c. or a.c. commutator machines...

5). Electric graphite material

Application: Small to medium-sized high-speed series motors, small high-speed turbo-generators, and main generators for locomotives are all examples of high-speed machines with some communication challenges. Other examples include e.c. commutator motors and other d.c. motors.
